A&A Services provides a valuable array of benefits for
full-time, part-time and Contract Associates.
401(k)
Retirement Plan
A&A Services’ 401(k) Plan includes a Company
matching contribution to your basic allotment. The matching contribution
is $.25 for each dollar contributed on the first 4% of salary
invested.
Associates are eligible to
participate on the first day of employment and are vested immediately
upon enrolling in our 401k plan. This means that there is no waiting
period before Matching Contributions become your money!
Your contribution and the
Company's matching contribution will be reflected on your pay stub each
payday.
Rewards
PLUS!
Since Contract Associates often
work various assignments at different pay rates throughout the year, a
"traditional" holiday and vacation plan is impractical. Rewards
PLUS! is an innovative program developed to give you maximum
flexibility in earning additional money for paid time-off, vacations or
whatever your heart desires!
Rewards PLUS! is
designed to provide Contract Associates with the equivalent of up to two
weeks (80 hours) paid time-off each year.
Key ingredients of the program:
- Rewards PLUS! dollars
begin to accrue with your first hour worked each year.
- The pay rate is based on
your year-to-date average hourly rate when payment is made.
- You are eligible for PLUS!
benefits when you complete 1040 hours of work for A&A Services.
- All PLUS! Accounts
will be cleared December 31st each year.
- Unredeemed hours will be
paid in cash early in the following year.

Asked Questions
When can I
request PLUS! time-off payments? A payment from your
account may be requested at any time following the payroll period during
which eligibility is attained.
What is the minimum amount that can be taken?
One hour.
How do I request payment? When
on a job assignment, requests are made via your timesheet. Show as
"vacation" and print the number of hours beside a day of the
week. When you are between assignments, a written request
submitted via fax or email is required. Send fax to
attention of Jean Martin or email to jeanm@aaservices.com.
How will I know how much time-off I have earned
but not taken? Once eligible for PLUS!, the
value of your account will be calculated each pay cycle and printed on
your pay stub.
Is overtime included in the hours?
Overtime hours worked are included in determining the number of PLUS!
hours earned. However, your regular hourly pay rate is used to
determine your average hourly pay rate.
If I take a permanent job, what happens to the
time-off that I have earned but not taken? You may
request payment at any time. If a request is not received by
December 31st, you will be paid in cash early in the following year.
Referral
Rewards Program
The A&A Services Referral
Rewards Program offers a $250 cash award for referrals of:
- A new Associate that is
placed on assignment for 30 or more working days
- A new client referral that
leads to a contract for 30 or more billing days.
Referrals may be submitted via
email, fax or our website. When multiple referrals for the same employee
or client are received, the reward goes to the first referral received.
